Description
Cleverly designed, water-activated rug that supports gentle cooling. It can be used in combination with other cooling methods such as giving water, shade, targeted hosing and leading to prevent overheating and dehydration.
Unique water-reactive crystals in the rug pockets swell and provide cooling as soon as they are immersed in water. The rug is not fully lined to encourage evaporation and breathability. The lightweight, breathable mesh on the outside promotes air circulation to support heat dissipation and evaporation.
Before first use immerse in water for four hours to activate the crystals. This rug can be reactivated several times by immersing in water.
Not suitable for turnout. Never leave your horse unattended during use.
